Initial Pre-Consult

Client Onboarding Procedure

To join any program, your first step is to book a 40 minute to 1 hour pre-consultation virtual meeting with Jamie. In this session, you'll discuss your skin and health concerns, current symptoms, and overall situation. This initial meeting is crucial for us to fully understand your needs before welcoming you as a client, and it also gives you clarity on how the program will be tailored to you.
The time, effort, and cost involved vary for each client, depending on the complexity of the case. Jamie will outline the investment required after gaining a complete understanding of your specific situation during this meeting.

T&C

1. Once paid, the program fee is non-refundable.

2. Skincare routines, nutrition plans, meal guidelines , makeup techniques are included in the programs and are not covered during the pre-consultation session.

3. We require 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your pre-consultation session; same-day or last-minute rescheduling is not permitted.

4. If you'd like to discuss your lab work during the pre-consultation session, please send your reports to hello.sknx@gmail.com at least 3 days prior to your appointment.
